What an RGE Tech Review is designed for

The RGE Tech Review is a proven, focused approach designed to make every session productive—,"whether in your Home, Remotely, or at the Senior Center."
By concentrating on a few clear goals, we can solve problems, answer questions, and build confidence without wasting time.

Tech Reviews generally work best for:

  • ✓troubleshooting a specific issue
  • ✓one or two focused goals
  • ✓confidence-building
  • ✓practical improvements or setup help
  • ✓making meaningful progress in a 1 hour session

Think of it as:

a tune-up and coaching session —
not a full driver’s education course

What you can expect from a Tech Review:

  • ⦿achieve progress on a specific issue
  • ⦿understand why it broke
  • ⦿set up a device or feature your way
  • ⦿ask questions you were afraid to ask
  • ⦿leave more capable than when you came in

RGE sessions are most effective when focused on a few clear goals — not broad learning plans or ongoing training.

Be Ready. Get Results. Feel Great.

A little preparation makes a Tech Review more productive. Bring your charged device, passwords, needed cables or accessories, and one or two goals you’d like to tackle.

📄 Created for Tech Tuesday; these preparation tips also help with home and remote reviews.
